Claims and contributions
A clear reading of what the paper says, what it contributes, and what its evidence needs to establish.
Envision Paper Audit
Envision Paper Audit gives researchers two rigorous ways to see a manuscript before submission: review its claims and evidence, or test whether a stronger whole-paper framing is already within reach.
What you get
The audit turns a full manuscript into a set of focused questions, comparisons, and revision priorities you can act on.
A clear reading of what the paper says, what it contributes, and what its evidence needs to establish.
A comparison with the most relevant literature and the boundaries of the paper’s novelty.
A consolidated review that turns the most important findings into concrete next steps.

Paper Reframe
A paper can be technically sound yet organized around a weaker question than its evidence can support. Reframe examines that whole-paper choice without pretending that every paper needs a new story.
Steelman the paper’s existing view, then assess whether it is already sufficient or leaves important evidence and tensions unexplained.
Compare alternative whole-paper viewpoints—not cosmetic title or introduction rewrites—against the manuscript’s actual evidence.
Separate what the current manuscript can support from hypotheses that require bounded revision or open-ended new research.
What returns
Two PDFs: a Framing Memo with the strongest working view, and a Research Plan with evidence-bounded next steps.
Start the email subject with [Reframe]. The default is
Mode: bounded; you may instead request
no-new-experiments or open in the message body.
Email in, results out
After registration, submit each paper in a new email thread. A
standard review is the default; use [Reframe] in the
subject when you want the paper’s whole framing examined.
Open your invitation link and send the prepared registration message from the address you want to use.
Start a new thread with one manuscript PDF or public paper link. Add [Reframe] to the subject for reframing.
Your review report, or the Reframe Framing Memo and Research Plan, is delivered back to your inbox.
Built from real reviewing practice
Ying-Cong Chen was recognized among ICML 2026’s top 25% of reviewers and received complimentary conference registration. ICML 2026 also introduced a permissive policy for constrained LLM assistance in reviewing, reflecting the field’s growing exploration of AI-supported review work.

Envision Paper Audit is currently open to a small group of researchers. If you received an invitation link, use it to register the email address from which you will submit papers. Once registered, send each paper in a new email thread and receive the requested review or reframe materials by email.
For your own papers only. This is an internal research tool for invited users. Please do not share your invitation or access, and do not use it to review other researchers’ papers. Use it only for manuscripts you authored or co-authored.
Your invitation is ready
We will prepare a registration email for you. Send it from the same address you enter below; access is activated when the email reaches the service. After confirmation, use a new email thread for each paper; the requested review or reframe materials will be delivered to the same inbox.
